I have 2 of these, love them!
Works great standing or mounted, as I currently use it, and thread is neat and orderly, complementing the sewing room; not an eye sore
VERY sturdy, well made. I screwed it into the wall to use. I will probably use my drill and some dowels to add extra spool holders. I feel like this product could easily hold 6 more spools. That will be a total of 39 and I'm stoked!
This is a nice embroidery rack. Just wised it held 40 spools. Cones fit perfectly, and looks great for displaying all my various embroidery colored threads.
I think they're fantastic. I quilt and they're just the right size to hold larger spools of quilting thread. The quality of the product is good and you can set them on their legs on the sewing table. I will be mounting mine on the wall for better organization and storage. I purchased 2, I had bought one in the past, so now I will have 3.
My only disappointment is that you must figure out how to mount. I screwed my two to the wall. The quality is wonderful, they are smooth and stable. I do highly recommend them to any one who sews.
I wanted to hang this on my sewing room wall and the description said that it could be used on the wall or table. I was expecting the hanger part with the loop for a nail or screw to be attached and there was no hardware attached or included. I will now need to purchase seperately and add to item so I can hang on the wall.
I'm attaching this rack to a picture frame... to be mounted on the wall.
Love my thread rack! I wish it had wall hangers on the back, which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I had to use long screws to hang it.
Won't hold as many of my larger cones as I expected. It does NOT have the keyhole slots for hanging that the description says it has. I see someone answered a question and said theirs did. Yet I see another review that says theirs did not. I don't know if it depends on what brand Walmart is buying at the time or what. It's irritating though because I want to hang it!
